R v Atkinson, Atkinson and Hanvey31st October 2012
A part heard application for a witness anonymity order resumed on 26 October 2012. During the course of hearing certain issues arose which now require further enquiry. The application was adjourned until 7 December 2012 for mention. The witness anonymity order application remains part heard, as do the main committal proceedings, which stand adjourned until the application for a witness anonymity order is determined and one of the defendants who has a medical condition is sufficiently well to attend the hearing.
