Application Forms

If you wish to apply as a witness for publicly funded legal assistance, or if you wish to apply to be heard by the Inquiry as an interested party at its public hearings of evidence, or for publicly funded legal representation as an interested party then your application must be completed in writing and sent to the Applications Officer.

An interested party must complete an application form even if you are not applying for public funding for legal representation.You do not need to complete Part C if you are not applying for public funding to meet the cost of any legal representation.
