Revised Inquiry timetable

The Inquiry timetable has been revised as Sir John Evans is not able to attend the oral hearings in November due to ill health.

Directions hearings will now take place before the Chairman alone on Tuesday 17, from 2pm, and all day Wed 18 November at the Interpoint Centre, Belfast. This will cover any issues that require a ruling prior to the delivery of the oral submissions in December.

The Inquiry will provide good notice of the areas to be covered in the directions hearings and is open to receive any additional issues with brief supporting reasons from the interested parties, observers and legal teams.

The Inquiry will then sit for closing submissions and questions from the Panel from Monday 7 to Friday 11 December and Monday 14 to Friday 18 December.
