The Robert Hamill Inquiry has decided to appeal the Court of Appeal (Northern Ireland)‘s judgment to dismiss the Inquiry’s appeal against the judgment of Mr Justice Morgan sitting in the High Court of Northern Ireland on judicial review. Mr Justice Morgan granted judicial review of the Inquiry Panel’s decision to refuse the applications for anonymity made by a number of serving and former police officers who are due to give evidence at the Inquiry’s public hearings.
